Shipments and returns

Delivery costs

The cost of transport will be calculated automatically based on the amount of the cart total.

The shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time of placing the order.

How to deliver

The shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time of placing the order. The payment of the goods by the Customer will take place using the method chosen at the time of the order. No additional charges or commissions are due to the Customer.

The delivery of the ordered goods is understood on the home floor.

The goods travel with packaging made directly by DIMENSIONE STAMPA SRL.

Without prejudice to the general upper limit imposed by Art. 6 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, the ordered goods will be sent to the Customer possibly within 6/7 working days starting from the day following receipt of the confirmation of payment of the goods, without any delay that could constitute a reason for withdrawal from the contract or give rise to rights to compensation, except as provided for in art. 6 of Legislative Decree 185/1999.

The Supplier guarantees the availability of the Products listed in its online electronic catalog (within the limit referred to in the paragraph "Purchasing method") at the time of publication of the same;

In the event that the order is not delivered within the expected time limits for reasons not attributable to the Supplier (e.g. address provided that is incorrect) the customer will be responsible for the costs of return and storage at the warehouse of third parties, which will be calculated from time to time.

Reception and complaints

The Customer has the burden to proceed, at the time of delivery, with all necessary inspections, in order to detect any failures, missing packages, defects or other apparent defects or non-compliance of the Products delivered with his order.

The Customer must verify that the number of packages corresponds to the number indicated on the delivery note and that the packaging is intact.

The Supplier guarantees the availability of the Products listed in its online electronic catalog (within the limit referred to in the paragraph "Purchasing method") at the time of publication of the same; it is not able to guarantee that any reordering of sold-out lots can be processed, in which case it will communicate them to the Customer and will refund the sums already paid, in the forms and in the manner referred to in art. Regulation (EC) No 6 No 2 of Legislative Decree 185/1999.

Defective products not damaged by the customer

In the event that a Product is defective, DIMENSIONE STAMPA SRL will repair or replace it; the costs for the resubsendment of the goods to the Customer will be borne by the Supplier. The costs of returning the product from the Customer to the Supplier will be borne by the Customer. The asset must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment);

Under no circumstances may the Supplier be held responsible for any damage caused to the Product by the Customer or his carrier, previously or during the transport and delivery of the Product to the Supplier. In the event of damage to the Product, the Supplier reserves the right to withhold the sums paid by the Customer as compensation for damages, unless payment of any adequate compensation agreed with the Supplier.

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. The sending of the Products must be made by attaching any useful photographic documentation and a declaration of the defect found.


Right of withdrawal

The Customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without any penalty, as established by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending to the address info@duudaart.com. Under penalty of ineffectiveness of the right of withdrawal, all purchased goods must be returned to the Supplier intact and in their original intact packaging, provided with any manuals and accessories, and without any sign of wear.

The return costs will be borne entirely by the Customer.

If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above, the Supplier will refund the sums paid to him, limited to the value of the goods.

In case of withdrawal, for orders paid by credit card, the refund will be made directly to the respective credit or debit card.

The Supplier will make the refund within 7 days from the date of return of the product to its warehouses and only if the above conditions are met and if the returned product and its packaging are intact. If the goods are returned only partially or under altered conditions, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund.

The right of withdrawal, even if already exercised, lapses if the customer does not return the Product to the Supplier within 10 days of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. For the purposes of expiry of the period, the goods are considered returned at the time it is delivered to the carrier or shipper.
