Terms and conditions of use

A. General provisions

These general conditions govern purchases made exclusively from the online store www.duudaart.com and www.duudaart.it, hereinafter referred to as "NEGOZIO". The conditions outline and define the rights and responsibilities of the seller, Dimensione Stampa Srl, Via GBGuidini, 7 31059 - Zero Branco (TV) ITALY, (hereinafter also "SUPPLIER") and any person purchasing online from the aforementioned sites (hereafter called "CUSTOMER").

B. Order and purchase contract

With these general conditions of sale, the SUPPLIER sells and the CUSTOMER acquires remotely the tangible movable property indicated and offered for sale on the SHOP. The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet, through the CLIENT's access to the address www.duudaart.com and www.duudaart.it.

All terms of sale, delivery and payment are specified in the various sections of the Site and are to be considered an integral and substantial part of this contract. The conditions applicable to each individual order will be those displayed on the Site at the time of the order. Any new conditions will be effective upon publication on the Website and will apply only to sales concluded after the date of publication.

All products and prices shown on the Site constitute an offer to the public with the limitations and methods contained in the Site itself and in these general sales conditions.

The order sent by the Customer will be binding only if the entire ordering procedure has been completed regularly and correctly without any indication of error messages from the Site.

The ordering process and the contact between supplier and customer is normally performed by e-mail and an automated order process. The customer must ensure, that the e-mail address provided in the order process is correct, and that he is able to receive e-mails sent by the supplier. With the use of any anti-spam filters, the customer has a special obligation to ensure that all e-mails sent by the supplier or authorized third parties for the order process can be received regularly.

These conditions become valid from 1 January 2016.

C. Claims

Any complaints will be processed in accordance with the legal system in force in ITALY.

No claims will be accepted after 8 days from receipt of the goods

For customized or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal is excluded (pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014).

For images provided by customers, Dimensione Stampa feels relieved of any responsibility regarding reproductive rights or anything else, arising from the images provided.

Q. Rights and responsibilities

The SUPPLIER must process all binding orders, ship the ordered goods and deliver them to the address notified by the Customer

For the delivery, the presence of the Customer or his representative is required at the address indicated in the order.

The invoice issue is not mandatory, unless requested by the Customer after the transaction is completed as indicated in the D.P.R. of 10/26/1972 n. 633 - art.22.

Dimension Stampa S.r.l. will process the Customer's personal data in compliance with the privacy legislation. (see paragraph G.)

E. Jurisdiction

The court of Venice has jurisdiction over any dispute.

F. Right of withdrawal

In the case of finished products (without customization) the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which physical possession of the asset is acquired. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Dimensione Stampa S.r.l. of his decision to withdraw from the contract by a written declaration (sent by post, fax or e-mail) prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated, Dimensione Stampa S.r.l. will reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products. The sums will be reimbursed to the Customer as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of his decision to withdraw from this contract. The repayment can be suspended until receipt and verification of the goods.
